Russia to prolong deal for Kharyaga field with Total through ‘31

MOSCOW, Jul 10 (PRIME) -- Russia will prolong a production sharing agreement for the Kharyaga deposit with France’s Total from 2019 through 2031, according to the documents seen by PRIME on Tuesday.

Total has a 20% stake in the Kharyaga oil field development project. Zarubezhneft-Dobycha Kharyaga is the project’s operator with 40%, Equinor owns 30%, Nenets Oil Company 10%.

Reserves of the Kharyaga oil field are estimated at over 160 million tonnes.
